Looking for Part-time CNAs.
Job Description
Summary: 90% of one's work time will be spent providing high quality personal care and medical check for clients. An additional 10% of time is used for documentation of care on a daily basis and effectively communicating with other CNAs/LPNs and clinical team about any issues and emergencies
Main Job Responsibilities

Delivering medical Check for clients, including taking vital signs assessment at least every shift (consistent with the individual case) and medication reminding.
Providing personal care and Instrumental Daily Living (IADLs)/Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which account for 90% of time spent in the role:
Whole body care, including bathing, skin care, mouth care, hair care, seating positioning and other duties requested by clients to promote good hygiene.
Repositioning clients per physician's orders to prevent skin breakdown
Meal preparation and feeding as necessary
Equipment cleaning and appropriate housekeeping
Assisting in ordered passive range of motion, walking or exercises (as indicated by injury level)
Driving clients to and from appointments or shopping needs.
Communicating timely and effectively with clinical managers, scheduling staff, and other staff.
Responsible for documentation required by the company, case managers, and doctors.

Qualifications
A successful candidate will:

Possess the following credentials: current Georgia State Nurse Aide certificate, CPR card, driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and TB test or chest x-ray
Have an understanding of universal precautions, specialized equipment including Hoyer lifts, shower chairs and wheelchairs, proper lifting techniques, and back supports.
Have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

PS: The scope of the CNAs' job must meet the standards of Nurse Practice Act

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
