The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with potential couples while driving sales.
This position is not a wedding planning role and would be the perfect fit for a sales professional who is enthusiastic about weddings and events or who appreciates fashion and design.
Some of the ideal qualities include:
Superior Client Services Maintain a pleasant and enthusiastic, yet professional demeanor Ability to problem solve (phone calls and face to face) Generate enthusiasm in others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organization and time management skills High energy, enjoys meeting new people Able to multitask priorities and multiple projects Personable phone skills Independently motivated and a Self-starter Works efficiently and brainstorms ways to increase efficiency Motivated to meet monthly sales goals Excellent guest services philosophy and ability to easily relate to many different personalities types Some duties include:
- Fielding phone calls from inquiries - +5 years of experience - Responding to email inquiries received via various sources - Responsible for conducting site-visits and conveying the ambiance of what the venues will look and feel like for the events - Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures - Conducting follow up from inquiries and tours - Ensuring accurate information is entered and managed in database - Computer and technologically proficient - Assisting with incoming calls and schedule tours, photo shoots, contract meetings, collect payments, hold the dates - Generating leads, networking, establishing referrals, community events, telemarketing This position requires 30 to 40 work hours based on need, and will work Saturdays, Sundays Looking for someone who is passionate about the Wedding and Event Industry! We are looking for a sharp, bubbly Sales/Office manager & event planner to join the team.
We are a privately run business that puts integrity and customer service first.
Increasing Sales and Bookings for our wedding venue is our goal.
