The machine operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial machines and possess excellent technical skills.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with GREAT benefits starting on day one! Pay:
1st shift - $16.
80/hr 3rd shift - $18.
80/hr WITH a quarterly bonus MUST live within 30 minutes of Canton or Ball Ground Hours:
12 hour shifts - Week day and weekend work START IMMEDIATELY! MUST live within 30 minutes of Canton or Ball Ground
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to set up machines correctly Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed to ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Requirements:
MUST live within 30 minutes of Canton or Ball Ground High school diploma or equivalent At least 3 months of Manufacturing experience MUST be able to lift 65lbs consistently We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
